Tax Senior Associate / Manager / Senior Manager

Job Title : Tax Administrator Carlow Location : Carlow, Ireland (1 day per week in-office, remainder remote) Position Type : Full-time About the Role : We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join our team in Carlow. This role covers all tax headsincluding income tax, corporate tax, VAT, payroll taxes, and moreensuring compliance and accuracy for both internal and client-facing obligations. The position offers flexible working arrangements, with one day per week required in the Carlow office. Key Responsibilities : Manage and administer all tax obligations across multiple tax heads. Prepare and submit accurate tax returns (income tax, VAT, corporate tax, payroll, etc.) in line with deadlines. Maintain records and documentation for all tax matters. Monitor compliance with Irish tax laws and regulations. Liaise with the Revenue Commissioners and other relevant authorities as required. Support colleagues with tax queries and guidance. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline tax administration. Requirements : Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification is required. Experience in tax administration or accounting, ideally covering multiple tax heads. Strong knowledge of Irish tax regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
