Reports to : Industrial Operations Manager

Contract Type : Permanent

Hours : Monday to Thursday, 7 : 30 PM - 6 : 00 AM (4 x 10-hour shifts, 40 hours / week)

Location : Multiple sites - nationwide travel may be required

Rate of Pay : €22.29 / hour (base rate €19.38 + €2.91 night premium); overtime available

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Samsic Facility for the role of Industrial Operations Supervisor (Night-Shift). This position will involve working with an award-winning industrial cleaning team providing professional services to our blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleans, carpet and window cleaning, pressure washing and biohazard work.
• Ensure work is completed to the highest standard while complying with all health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with the Industrial Operations Manager, clients and team to coordinate work and maintain high service levels.
• Manage daily paperwork, staff performance, dress code and site conduct.
