We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III on a permanent basis to join our team.

Job Purpose :

Process Owner for defined area performing Engineering activities / methodologies with an emphasis on Equipment / Systems validation lifecycle by providing input and reviewing documents, reports, memos, change requests.

Methods used are determined by approved procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Initiates and completes technical activities leading to new or improved products or process, for current programs, next generation programs and to meet strategic goals and objectives of the company.
• Continuously improves process and work methodologies by interfacing with peers / cross-functional groups and analyzing activities to improve workflow and work processes.
• Incorporates business policies and procedures into task completion.

Understands the business needs of the company and has knowledge of the customer needs of our business.

Understands the business cycle and foresight of emerging technologies trends.

Serves as a resource in the selection orientation and training of new engineers and employees.

May lead a project team, determining goals and objectives for the projects.

Develops knowledge in a field to become a recognized leader or authority in an area of specialization and applies this knowledge in leadership roles in the company.

Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals.

Interprets and executes policies that affect work processes and personnel within the assigned organizational unit.

Contributes to the development of operational policies and procedures that affect personnel within the assigned organizational unit.

Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations etc).

Serves as a consultant for engineering or scientific interpretations and advice on significant matters.

Acts as a spokesperson to customers on business unit current and future capabilities.
