This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and provide high-quality care in a residential setting Requirements : Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration Experience in elderly care or nursing home settings is desirable but not essential Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a busy care environment and collaborate with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams Eligibility to work in Ireland sponsorship may be available Your Responsibilities : Deliver safe, person-centered nursing care to residents, including administering medications and monitoring health Support residents with daily activities and promote independence wherever possible Respond promptly to changes in residents health and escalate concerns appropriately Work closely with care assistants, doctors, and allied health professionals to ensure residents wellbeing Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with facility policies and regulatory requirements Uphold infection prevention, clinical safety, and best practice standards at all times Why Apply?
