Our technology client in Dublin West has an exciting requirement for an HR Advisor, for an 11-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of candidate and employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.
Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite on 2 days WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Responds to and resolve any HR related queries, in line with specific service level agreements.
- Maintains and updates HR records, employee files and reporting.
- Administering HR programs related to leave, benefits and compensation.
- Provide any required onboarding support
- Coach and guide managers on employment policies and processes.
- Ensure strong stakeholder management and engagement
- Participate in any projects & initiatives as required EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years Human Resources experience
- Degree or certificate or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related discipline (preferred)
- Understanding & experience of working with Irish employment law is desirable
- Experience working in a shared service environment (Desirable)
- HRIS experience (Workday preferable)
- Working knowledge of ticketing or case management system
