Position Overview : They are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Architectural Technologist to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and stimulating environment, working on a diverse range of projects. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed construction drawings and plans. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development. Utilise CAD software and other design tools to produce accurate technical drawings and models. Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards. Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and decision-making. Support the project team in the coordination and management of project documentation. Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions. Requirements : Bachelors degree in Architectural Technology or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant design tools. Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the architectural field.
