Responsibilities

• To provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Effectively manage Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments from start to finish
• Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation
• Follow SOP's and update accordingly
• Submitting VGM through CNS & Destin8
• Prepare and complete full export documentation and sending prealerts within set KPIs
• Submitting AMS / ACI / ISF for relevant shipments
• Sending EDI bookings and SI to carriers
• FCL and LCL Quotations upon request
• Manage multiple shipments simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Operational troubleshooting
• Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI's.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance policies
• Meeting financial end of month deadlines both accruals and sales invoices Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements
