Liability Adjuster

My Client, a leading specialist in loss adjusting is seeking an experienced Liability Adjuster to join their Dublin-based team, supporting claims across Dublin and the East Coast region. This is a dynamic role where your expertise will be instrumental in handling a variety of liability claims including employers', public, product, and motor. You'll apply your investigative skills and insurance knowledge to assess legal liability, policy coverage, and quantum. The successful candidate will produce timely, high-quality reports while delivering excellent customer service in line with client expectations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Proactively investigate and report on liability claims across various sectors Gather and assess evidence to support conclusions and recommendations Maintain client service standards and ensure compliance with protocols Collaborate with team members and operate independently when required Contribute to service innovation and process improvement Candidate Profile Proven track record in commercial liability claims handling (external adjusting experience is highly desirable) Strong understanding of employers', public, product, and motor liability Industry qualifications in insurance or loss adjusting preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills Highly organised with the ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with relevant claims systems Full driving licence required Flexible and adaptable working style At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
