As Deputy Store Manager, you'll lead large, diverse teams, drive commercial performance, and ensure seamless operations that deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

As this is a Designate role, all candidates must be flexible to work across Dublin.

Responsibilities : Lead and inspire large-scale teams in a dynamic, high-turnover environment.

Embed operational excellence, elevate service standards, and drive sales performance.

Deliver exceptional customer experience while exceeding KPIs and performance metrics.

Collaborate with the senior leadership team to implement strategic initiatives.

Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged team culture.

The ideal candidate : You will be an experienced senior retail leader with strong operational and commercial experience.

A track record of success in high-volume fashion or similar (minimum 5m+ turnover).

Strategic thinking with a hands-on, visible leadership style.

Proven experience managing large teams (30+).

Inspirational leader with excellent coaching and communication skills.

Resilient, agile, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
