Senior Site Engineer 40m Public Works Building Project in Clonmel Location : Clonmel, Ireland Project Value : €40 Million Employment Type : Full-Time | Permanent Salary : Competitive / Negotiable Our client, one of Irelands most established main contractors, is currently seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join their team for a new €40M construction project in Clonmel. Responsibilities Maintain accurate site records, drawings, and documentation Interpret and communicate plans and specifications to the site team Coordinate and monitor site works in line with contract documents Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, architects, planners, and the wider project team Supervise subcontractors and direct labour daily Plan site logistics and manage material deliveries Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies Conduct regular safety inspections and uphold site safety culture Manage quality assurance processes including BCAR compliance Resolve technical issues efficiently and proactively Drive project progress in line with programme milestones Requirements Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor or developer Proven track record on building or structural projects Proficient in setting out using AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS, and surveying tools Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, certification standards, and HSEQ procedures Experience with BCAR coordination and quality management Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline If you possess the required qualifications and experience, and are eager to take on a challenging role as a Senior Site Engineer we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV via the link provided or call Lucas for more information.
