Contracts Manager
Our client, a prominent global EPCM company, is currently seeking Contract Managers to join a dynamic team working in highway, public realm, and transportation projects.
Project Overview :
Providing technical advice and support for highway infrastructure operations and maintenance.
Responsibilities include undertaking day-to-day contract management, PPP contract administration, compliance monitoring, and project / program management services.
Role
Reporting and supporting the Commission Manager in delivering programme and project management and technical advice and services to the client, you will work within a small team, requiring experience in contract administration, project management, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
– Monitor contractual compliance by the contractor, and early identification of issues and problems.
Requirements
– Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical / electronic engineering; or in another relevant discipline
– 5 years +' post-graduate experience in infrastructure projects
– Ideally experienced in mechanical / electrical systems projects and infrastructure maintenance

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience in chairing meetings and managing resources
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
– Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
Desirable Skills
– Experience in Infrastructure O&M schemes and Intelligent Transport Systems
– Familiarity with PPP and NEC3 contracts, commercial risk, and procurement strategies
– Knowledge of highway engineering standards, including DMRB
