An established national environmental organisation is seeking an Environmental Programme Manager to oversee and grow a large-scale recycling and recovery initiative. Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee nationwide commercial recycling and recovery operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Manage relationships with collectors, processors, regulators, and industry partners.

Monitor budgets, track programme data, and report on performance.

Lead the expansion of the programme into new recycling and recovery initiatives.

Identify operational improvements and innovative opportunities for growth.

About You

2+ years' experience in programme management, operations, logistics, or environmental services.

• Customer facing experience in waste management, recycling or similar.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.

Full driving licence and flexibility for nationwide travel.
