General operator

About the Role e Flexes Recruitment are currently recruiting a General Operator on behalf of our client located in Shannon, Co.

Clare. The successful candidate will join the production team and will be responsible for masking and preparing products prior to spraying and finishing.

Key Responsibilities Carry out masking and preparation of products to a high standard.

Ensure all items are cleaned and properly prepared for the spraying / painting process.

Follow production instructions and schedules.

Inspect work to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Support general production activities as required.

Adhere to all health & safety procedures.

Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment an advantage, but not essential full training will be provided.

Excellent attention to detail and quality focus.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
