Overview

Be part of Ireland's landmark metro & rail project.

We're looking for a

Project Manager

to lead the

pre-construction phase

, driving proposal, bid, design coordination, procurement strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Your work will ensure the project is fully prepared for safe, on-time, and high-quality construction.

Responsibilities

Lead

pre-construction and tender activities

, including design reviews and constructability planning

Develop

procurement strategies

and engage early with subcontractors and suppliers

Manage

pre-construction schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts

Identify risks and implement

mitigation plans

through value engineering

Coordinate with

client, consultants, subcontractors, and statutory authorities

Support governance, reporting, and

HSEQ planning

ahead of construction

Qualifications

Degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

Proven experience in

pre-construction or tender management

on large infrastructure or rail projects

Strong leadership and

team coordination skills

Knowledge of Irish, UK or International infrastructure standards and statutory requirements is advantageous

Professional accreditation (Chartered Engineer, PMP, or equivalent) desirable
