As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality barista drinks, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the café. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve barista-style beverages, including high-quality coffee with latte art. Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times. Uphold brand and service standards, ensuring consistency across all customer interactions. Contribute to continual improvement in service delivery and guest satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in a café, barista, or food service environment (preferred). Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations (preferred). Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Enthusiasm, positivity, and a drive for delivering excellence. Candidates must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
