Dual Shop Manager

Our expert teams work with the individual and their family on a plan for each life stage, covering childhood to adulthood.

We are seeking a highly motivated Dual Shop Manager to join our team in Galway City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of two shops, motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets.

Job Overview

The Dual Shop Manager will manage and develop two shops, assist in training and supervising shop staff, and ensure the appearance of the shops is attractive to customers and in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop two shops in the context of an agreed work plan and agreed financial targets

Assist in training, supervising, and managing shop staff, both paid and voluntary

Ensure the appearance of the shops internally and externally are attractive to customers and in line with brand standards

Requirements

Excellent leadership and motivational experience

Retail clothing experience

Must be eligible to work in the State
