Job Title : Finishing Foreperson Location : North-West Dublin Project : Large Apartment Complex Salary : Negotiable DOE A leading contractor that delivers high profile projects across the residential and commercial sector are seeking a finishing foreperson for a large residential project in North-West Dublin. The project, which consists of more than 400 units, is one of many ongoing projects in the area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large contractor, be part of a company who value longevity and progress, and have a very strong pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all finishing stages of housing and apartment units to handover. Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring high-quality standards and programme delivery. Supervise trades and subcontractors, monitoring workmanship and progress. Conduct snagging, inspections, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Liaise with Site Management, Engineers, and the QA team to achieve smooth handovers. Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety and company policies. Requirements Minimum 5+ years experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role. Proven track record on residential or mixed-use developments. Strong eye for detail and commitment to achieving excellent standards of finish. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.
