Job description

Clarity are currently recruiting for a Health Care Assistant based in Donegal. We are

looking for a friendly and reliable health care assistant to join a close knit team. Care of the

elderly experience is an advantage.

Qualifications :

  • QQI Fetac Level 5 in Healthcare Support or similar - all modules are mandatory
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
  • Min. 6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant in Ireland

    • Requirements for agency care staff :

  • Positive attitude
  • Recent experience in working in healthcare environment
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Provide high quality healthcare to ensure patient safety and work within scope of

    • practice at all times

  • Patient reporting in a timely manner and maintaining accurate and up-to-date

    • documentation

  • Participate as a team member in all aspects of resident’s / patient care.
  • Show motivation and assume responsibility for professional self-development

    • including presenting up-to-date compliance documents

  • Following policies, protocols and guidelines in accordance with healthcare facilities
