AQMetrics is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our People and Culture team in supporting our employees across global locations.
You will help guide the design, development and support all training requirements across AQMetrics.

What you will do :
Focus on developing and delivering training programs related to regulatory technology solutions at AQMetrics
On boarding new employees and associated training
Global training responsibilities for US, UK and Luxembourg employees
Continuously assessing training needs
Creating educational materials, and ensuring employees stay updated on compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting
Reviewing and selecting training partners and providers
Managing training budget and financial planning
Evaluating training effectiveness and maintaining detailed records
Maintain records of training activities and report on progress and areas for improvement
Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a training focused role
Ability to prioritise, multitask and work effectively within a team in a deadline-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships both internally and externally
A proactive and inquisitive approach toward new challenges and problem-solving
