Site Engineer

Site Engineer Southwest Dublin (Residential Development) Master Recruitment Ltd Master Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading contractor on a major residential development in Southwest Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to take a lead role on a high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities : Liaise with the Project Manager and Senior Management on large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Manage day-to-day on-site engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Review and interpret all drawings and specifications, reporting errors / omissions to the design team promptly.

Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and materials, recording information on the companys document control system.

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and statutory requirements.

Assist with Health & Safety and quality management on site.

Take responsibility for setting out works and liaising with subcontractors.

Maintain accurate site records (including site diary) and assist the commercial team with labour and material allocations.

Liaise with the Client and Design Team as required.

Requirements : Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a No.

1 Engineer on large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Full Irish Driving Licence.

Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience using construction document control systems (e.g.

Procore).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong work ethic with a team-focused approach.

Proven track record of successful project delivery.
