General Manager

to lead one of our stores.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee a vibrant retail and food hall environment, drive business performance, and inspire a passionate team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead all store operations across retail, food hall, and concessions to deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets

Ensure consistent delivery of Avoca's brand standards and customer service excellence

Manage budgets, P&L performance, and cost control initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Buying, Culinary, Logistics) to execute strategic plans

Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, and operational routines with a focus on continuous improvement

Drive employee engagement, recognition, and development across all departments

Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory standards

Core Skills

Proven leadership in multi-department retail or hospitality environments

Strong commercial acumen with P&L and budget management experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Operational expertise in inventory, stock, and team workflows

Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences
