Key Responsibilities

Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding

sales targets & KPIs

Review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Ensure an engaging shopping experience that

enhances customer loyalty

Lead,

coach, and inspire

a team to deliver high standards of service and performance.

Create a positive and

motivating work environment

that fosters growth.

Identify training and development opportunities for staff progression.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation :

Ensure exceptional customer service

aligning with brand values and expectations

Lead by example in delivering a

personalised and engaging customer journey

Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.

Operations & Store Standards :

Manage all aspects of

store operations

, including

stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance

Oversee

inventory management

to minimize stock loss and maximize product availability.

Ensure the store is

well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines

People & Performance Management :

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide

constructive feedback

Develop a strong team culture through

clear communication and collaboration

Ensure adherence to company policies and

health & safety standards

Skills & Experience Required :

Proven experience as a Store Manager

or similar leadership role in

fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail

Strong

commercial acumen

with a track record of driving

sales and profitability

Exceptional

team leadership, coaching, and people management skills

Ability to work in a

fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Strong understanding of

retail operations, stock management, and visual merchandising

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
