Registered Architect

My client is a leading architecture firm known for its innovative design solutions and commitment to sustainability, which they have won awards for. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Architect who is a member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities : Design Development : Lead and contribute to the design development process from concept to completion, ensuring creative and functional solutions. Project Management : Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and provide regular updates on project progress. Technical Documentation : Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents in compliance with building regulations and standards. Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to coordinate and integrate all aspects of the project. Site Visits : Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and resolve any onsite issues. Sustainability : Integrate sustainable design practices and materials into projects, promoting environmentally responsible architecture. Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with local planning regulations, building codes, and health and safety requirements. Requirements : Professional Accreditation : Must be a registered member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI). Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Experience : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Technical Skills : Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit proficiency is highly preferable but not essential Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations, planning laws, and construction standards. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions effectively. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Portfolio : A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
