We are Hiring an Registered Dietician

for a leading Nursing Home in Dublin Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

To create care plans and do nutritional evaluations for patients of nursing homes who have been referred to a dietician
To prioritize all referrals and guarantee that residents and patients are evaluated in a timely manner that is clinically appropriate
To give health care providers (HCPs) and their patients nutritional help and guidance
Communicating with acute hospital dieticians to oversee connections with important stakeholders and health care professionals
To create information and support materials for HCPs.

Requirements

A recognized dietetics degree with a current CORU registration

A complete driver's license is optional.
