Practice Nurse - Meath

Clarity are currently recruiting for a Practice Nurse based in Co. Meath

About the role -

• Monday to Thursday 8 to 6pm with a 5pm finish on a Friday
• 30 to 35 hours required, flexible on days
• Full support team with management and admin
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management preferred
• Must have excellent phlebotomy skills

​​​​​​Duties include administering vaccinations, managing chronic conditions like asthma and diabetes, performing health screenings, and providing wound care. Focus on health promotion through education, smoking cessation, and other wellness initiatives for patients of all ages.
