We are currently recruiting a  Head Waiter  to join our excellent 1 star Michelin Restaurant team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion and tended to in a professional manner.
• Lead the completion of tasks outlined in the shift task list to a high level.
• Represent Carton House's passion for customer service, proactively ensuring each guest has the memorable experience expected at Carton House.
• To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, specials and ingredients, beverages on offer, wine list, etc).
• Familiarize yourself with sales and promotional activity and up sell at every possible opportunity.
• Ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Company standard of presentation.
• Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.
