Onsite 1 day per week, 4 days remote working.

Reperio has partnered with a leading enterprise organisation who are undergoing a major Agile transformation, and currently recruiting for SAFe-certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the launch of a brand new Agile Release Train (ART) for their major enterprise programme. This is a critical, hands-on role offering the opportunity to shape and lead delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a large-scale Agile Release Train, driving cross-team collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow. The role offers a flexible working arrangement.

Responsibilities :

Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs , and system demos
Drive the flow of value using Agile tools and frameworks ( SAFe, Kanban,
Work with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and Engineering to manage risks and dependencies
Champion Agile best practices and ensure alignment across teams
Lead Inspect & Adapt workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a servant leader and coach across the Agile Release Train

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in complex, enterprise-level environments

Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - SAFe RTE certification is highly desirable

Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Experience using Agile delivery tools (., Jira, Rally , or equivalent)

Ability to work independently and influence without authority

Immediate interviews with prompt start date available.
