Accounts Administration Role Office based- Limerick City Hours of Work 30 per week- Monday to Friday 9.30-2.30pm daily Salary from €28,000 to €30k DOE Packages in use : Sage 50 Accounts Micropay Payroll BrightHR (clocking in and out system) Xcel Spreadsheets for recording all accounts to year end. Word etc Outline of Duties : Payroll : Download timesheets and prepare wages Process wage-roll using Sage Micropay Send wages to bank and forward payslips by email. Keep holiday calendar and forward details for work scheduling. Process new staff and Leavers on Micropay. Process and pay PSRI / PAYE Purchasing : Make orders for supplies required, and maintain stock system on Sage. Enter Suppliers and make payments monthly Record payments Sales : Enter customer invoices monthly Record customer receipts Provide monthly figures to accountant Prepare accounts to Year End and send to Accountant. Take calls- make appointments, prepare and record Quotes, Accounts.
