Responsibilities :

• Provide evidence-based nursing care in line with each child's care plan, prioritising their needs, comfort, and safety.
• Support children with complex care needs in the community while also assisting their families as key partners in care.
• Work as part of nurse-led care teams under the supervision of the Nursing Operations Manager.
• Maintain current NMBI registration , demonstrate strong communication skills, and ideally bring experience with children / young people.
• Show kindness, compassion, and respect, recognising and safeguarding each child as an individual.

Requirements :

• Registered Nurse on live register of NMBI
• Residence in the Republic of Ireland is essential
• 2 years Paediatric experience desirable
• Resuscitation Training
• Patient Moving and Manual Handling
• Medication Management
• Seizure Management
• Pain Management
• Nebulizer Management
• Care of Child with Disability
• Palliative Care
• A full Irish / EU driver's licence is desirable
