Basic Grade Cardiac Physiologist An opportunity has arisen to join our Cardiology department on a fixed term basis until June 2026.

The Mater Private Network is a JCI level 6 Accredited Hospital and is one of the leading Private Cardiac Care hospitals in Ireland.As a Cardiac Physiologist you will work with a multi-disciplinary team of world class experts and specialist covering the full spectrum of cardiac conditions The Heart and Vascular Department provides a full range of both non-invasive testing (ECG, Stress Testing, Ambulatory Monitoring both Holter and BP and Trans-thoracic Echo) .

Continuous Education is a focus of the Cardiac Department with Physiologist, Cardiologist and Industry led sessions.

Application Criteria : Possess the BSc in Clinical Measurement from Dublin Institute of Technology or equivalent.Or possess the Certificate in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement from Dublin Institute of Technology or equivalent.

Echo accreditation desirable but not essential.

Mater Private supports and welcomes Physiologists to undertake professional exams aligned to the needs of the department.

Echo reporting along with all other cardiac non-invasive testing is mandatory in the Mater Private.

Training will be provided where necessary.
