The Role

We are seeking a

Principal Systems Engineer

to join a leading medical device manufacturer.

This role will involve applying systems engineering expertise to new product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the integration of products into hospital environments.

You will also contribute to system interface testing and provide technical support for commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support cross-functional teams in integration, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.

Coach and mentor engineers in systems engineering principles.

Provide technical support to marketing, field engineering, and training functions.

Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes.

Skills & Experience

Required

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.

Preferred

Experience in systems engineering and systems architecture within medical device product development.

Knowledge of design controls for medical devices.

Ability to develop strategies and influence across functions.

Proven leadership and mentoring experience.

Comfortable working in hospital environments.
