Picker / Packer - Antrim Due to continued growth, Excel Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Picker / Packers to join our client - a thriving fulfilment centre based in Antrim. Day Shift Hours : 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm Responsibilities of a Picker / Packer Accurately pack customer orders with efficiency and attention to detail Help maintain accurate stock records and report any stock discrepancies Safely handle goods in accordance with company manual handling procedures Scan and label items, ensuring all inventory is properly logged and tracked Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles Ensure all tasks are completed to meet customer service and quality standards Always work in line with health & safety procedures to maintain a safe warehouse environment Requirements Minimum 6 month's experience in a warehouse, picker / packer, or similar role Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment Must be physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality Keen attention to detail and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to follow instructions and work effectively with team members Benefits £12.60 per hour Full training provided with opportunities to upskill Supportive team and a safe working environment Excellent potential for permanent placement Be part of a growing company with real prospects for career progression Ongoing, full-time hours - ideal for those seeking job stability and growth If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for getting the job done right, we'd love to hear from you.
