As a member of the Resident Experience Team, your primary goal is to elevate customer service for our residents. Here's an overview of what the role involves : Community building : Fosterastrongsenseofcommunitybyconnectingresidentswiththeirlocalarea and neighbours. Createanenvironmentwhereourresidentsandstaff alike,feeltheybelong. Where they feel heard and seen. Resident Interaction : Cultivatemeaningfulrelationshipswithresidentsbystayinginformedandengaging with their life events, such as new additions to the family or career changes. Developandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithresidents,transparencyiskeyand ensuringthatweareattendingtotheir needspromptlyandprofessionallywilllead to better resident engagement. Proactivelyengagewithresidentstounderstandwhotheyare,theirpreferences, interests, and any concerns they may have. EventPlanning : Our commitment to community is integral to our values, and you'll play a key role in organising events and engagements to bring residents together. Createuniqueandexcitingresidenteventstoenhancethesenseofcommunity. Organise and communicate regular events with our residents from pancake mornings to wine tastings, movie nights and sponsored walks, we are always looking for the next great event that will enhance our residents way of living with Occu. Front Desk Management : Efficientlymanagefrontdeskoperations,includinggreetingvisitors,handling inquiries, and managing phone and email communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook are essential. Key Responsibilities : Provideprompt,accurateinformation,andsolutionsinafriendlyandprofessional manner. Planandexecuteengagingcommunityevents,rangingfromcoffeemorningsto wine tastings and movie nights. Managethefrontdeskefficiently,handlingwalk-ins,telephonecalls,andemails in a polite and friendly manner. Activelylistentoresidents'feedback,identifyissues,andassistinresolvingthem. Contributetobuildingasenseofcommunityamongstresidents,theteam,andthe surrounding area through interactions and engagement initiatives. Receiveandmanageresidentdeliveriesthroughtheconciergeservice. Serveastheon-siteliaisonforservicesandamenities. Upholdthecompanyethosproudly,consistentlyrepresentingthecompanyinthe best light. About you : Enough about us, we want to hear about you! The perfect candidate will possess : 2Years+minimumexperienceinacustomerfacingrole. Full,cleandrivinglicence ExcellentwrittenandspokenEnglish. Flexibilitytoworkshiftwork,includingSaturdays. Supervisory / Management experience preferable, but not essential. Asincereenthusiasmforcustomerserviceandaknackforengagingwithpeople daily. Anupbeatandoutgoingpersonalitywethriveonapositive,can-doattitudeand a winning smile! Exceptionalcommunicationskillscoupledwithkindnessandempathy.
