Job description

Responsibilities

and Development :

oLead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using Java / J2EE, Spring , JPA, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular and React.

oDevelop and maintain high-quality code following industry best practices and coding standards.

oManage and optimize interactions with RDBMS.

and Infrastructure :

oDesign and deploy cloud-native applications on leading platforms

oEnsure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.

3.Collaboration :

oWork closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UX / UI designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

oMentor junior engineers and contribute to building a high-performing engineering culture.

and DevOps :

oImplement and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

oDrive the adoption of DevOps best practices to improve development efficiency.

Methodologies :

oActively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

oAdapt and contribute to iterative delivery cycles to ensure rapid and quality-focused releases.

6.Performance Engineering (Good to Have) :

oUtilize performance testing and monitoring tools to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

oCollaborate on capacity planning and system optimization efforts.

Skills :

  • Backend Technologies : Strong experience in Java / J2EE, Spring , JPA, and RDBMS.
  • Frontend Technologies : Proficiency with Angular and React.
  • Cloud : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • CI / CD : Expertise with tools like Jenkins and related DevOps practices.
  • Agile Methodology : Solid understanding of agile software development practices.
  • Expertise in performance engineering, including the use of related tools like JMeter, Dynatrace.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree inputer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development with significant exposure to full-stack technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellentmunication and collaboration abilities.
