We are seeking a dynamic

Construction Project Director

with a strong commitment to safety and quality to join our Project Delivery team at a site near

Dublin, Ireland

You will oversee multiple EPCMV Project Teams' daily operations within the Central region, focusing on supporting EPCMV and CM services sales, managing project execution from initiation to closeout, staff development, and operational performance.

Your role involves leading construction project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Projects may include tenant improvements and major manufacturing facilities.

You will establish goals, develop execution plans, monitor performance, and oversee contracts, estimates, and budgets.

Regular performance reviews and collaboration with PMs to resolve issues are essential.

You will also direct all project-specific operations, including preconstruction, estimating, procurement, project management, construction site management, and safety, as well as manage change processes.

As the Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing project staff.

Site visits to monitor progress are expected.

You will also develop new business, work on proposals and presentations, and help expand our presence in the Central region.

Acting as a secondary contact for clients, you will collaborate with various departments and mitigate project risks with senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent technical degree.

15+ years of experience in Project Delivery or similar, including leadership roles.

Experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in life sciences construction, including pharmaceutical and biotech facilities.

Safety

This position involves 25% travel or as required by projects.

Extended site presence may be necessary.

Overnight travel or staying in the client's city is possible.

Adherence to safety rules is required.

This is a safety-sensitive supervisory position for field work.
