Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the role entails managing the scientific and research equipment in an effective and efficient manner, looking after maintenance schedules, inspection, receipting goods in and dispatching goods out, and ensuring the entire facility is maintained to the high standard required.

LOCATION
This role will be based at IFI’s warehouse at Castle House, Unit 2001, Citywest Road, Citywest Business Campus, Saggart, Co Dublin.
REMUNERATION
The salary scale for the position is at the level of Higher Executive Officer as applies in Inland Fisheries Ireland, it is a 9-point scale including 2 long service increments (LSI’s) :
Point 1 €56,058.57; Point 2 €57,718.03; Point 3 €59,385.04; Point 4 €61,045.98; Point 5 €62,715.41; Point 6 €64,383.64; Point 7 €66,049.43; Point 8 (LSI 1) €68,457.74; Point 9 (LSI 2) €70,859.97 (IFI HEO Grade PayScale as of 01 / 10 / 2024)
Candidates should note that salary will not be subject to negotiation and the rate of remuneration may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy. New entrants to the public sector will start on point 1 subject to Haddington Road Agreement and subsequent Government Agreements.
TENURE
