Coopman Search and Selection are delighted to be partnering with an international leading insurance company who are seeking a CFO to join their Dublin team.

Key Accountabilities

Overseeing the preparation and communication of quarterly and annual financial statements (IFRS).

Overseeing quarterly and annual returns to the CBI (QRTs).

Overseeing financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships.

Supervising finance staff.

Developing financial business plans and forecasts.

Participating in corporate policies development as a member of the senior management team.

Education / Professional Experience / Designations

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) or relevant Financial Management / Accounting (Level 9 National Framework of Qualifications) qualification.

Experience of operating at a relevant level of seniority to the role.

A sound working knowledge of general accounting principles, financial / insurance products and systems is a necessity.

Ability to perform under pressure / manage tight deadlines whilst not compromising on quality.
