Job description

Primary Duties

The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and have responsibility for :

Key responsibilities :

  • Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Social Media Management : Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Campaign Management : Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer collaborations.
  • Content Creation : Develop engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms, including blogs, reels, videos, and graphics. Working with the Team, our Brand Ambassadors and customers to generate content creation.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and collaborate with a creative team, freelancers, and external agencies.
  • Brand Management : Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Website Management : Maintain and update the Chleo B2B website to ensure it is a competent and timely resource for customers. Maintain and update the B2C site – Strala Beauty.
  • Trade Show Events : Support with the organising of trade show exhibitions.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification.
  • Strong experience in social media marketing and digital strategy.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Indesign, Meta Business Suits, Coschedule, Hootesuite, or similar platforms,.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multi project and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in the beauty, skincare or wellness industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, time keeping and organizational skills.
  • Identify challenges with a solution driven attitude.
