Primary Duties
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and have responsibility for :
Key responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Social Media Management : Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Campaign Management : Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer collaborations.
- Content Creation : Develop engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms, including blogs, reels, videos, and graphics. Working with the Team, our Brand Ambassadors and customers to generate content creation.
- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Team Leadership : Manage and collaborate with a creative team, freelancers, and external agencies.
- Brand Management : Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Website Management : Maintain and update the Chleo B2B website to ensure it is a competent and timely resource for customers. Maintain and update the B2C site – Strala Beauty.
- Trade Show Events : Support with the organising of trade show exhibitions.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
3 Years minimum experience.
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.Relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification.Strong experience in social media marketing and digital strategy.Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Indesign, Meta Business Suits, Coschedule, Hootesuite, or similar platforms,.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multi project and meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Experience in the beauty, skincare or wellness industry is a plus.Strong interpersonal, time keeping and organizational skills.Identify challenges with a solution driven attitude.Personal Attributes :
