Job Title : Skilled Operative Location : Newmarket on Fergus Job Type : Full-Time Job Description : We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction, with a minimum of 5 years experience. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Key Responsibilities : Carry out a variety of construction-related tasks on-site Support carpentry and general building duties as needed Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintain company tools and vehicle in good condition Follow all health & safety guidelines and site procedures Requirements : Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry Experience in carpentry is highly desirable Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification Full clean driving licence (required) Trailer licence (advantageous but not essential) Strong understanding of health & safety on site Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
