Accommodation Assistant

We are now looking to recruit Accommodation Assistant to join our Accommodation Department in The Spencer Hotel to ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards & to provide 100% quality service to guests at all times. The 4*Spencer Hotel, a member of the MHL Hotel Collection, is in a prime location overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin's financial district and is home to 209 guest bedrooms, 6 Meeting rooms and The Spencer Cocktail Bar & East Restaurant. Its decor promotes urban luxury with a designer twist through bespoke, specially made designs, open spaces and use of natural light throughout. Candidates must have the following: Experience working as an Accommodation Assistant Fluent English is essential - ability to converse with our guests and colleagues Excellent attention to detail Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to work in a busy environment Be a Team Player Flexible - able to work full time hours, early mornings, late shift, Public holidays and weekends Location: The Spencer Hotel is easily commutable both within Dublin City Centre and beyond.
