JR MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR Our client, a global market leader in cleanroom products and solutions, is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join their team.

Due to continued growth, they now require a Mechanical Estimator to support upcoming projects.

THE ROLE : The Cork-based Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for : Preparing accurate estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions for mechanical and cleanroom projects.

Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure correct pricing.

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify scope, gather quotations, and build cost breakdowns.

Assisting with procurement processes to ensure value and compliance.

Supporting the project team with cost analysis, forecasting, and documentation as projects progress.

THE PERSON : Candidates should : Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

Will consider graduates for this role.

Have experience in estimating, cost analysis, or tendering (cleanroom, building services, or mechanical contracting background is a distinct advantage).

Possess strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Be detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.

Have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
