Job Title : Store Manager - Cork

Salary :

€45,000 - €55,000 + Bonus

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

Training :

Travel within Europe required for initial training

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced retail store in Cork City.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, have a proven track record in retail management, and be able to drive both sales and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing store team

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards

Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective team management and commercial awareness

Manage store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and cash handling

Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Monitor and analyse store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

About You

5+ years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within a busy retail fast paced environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a your team

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working to targets and deadlines

Flexible and willing to travel within Europe for training purposes
