General Operator Job Description We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Delivery Associate. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, independent work capability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, maintaining the warehouse, and performing small deliveries across the country. Key Responsibilities : Stock Management & Warehouse Upkeep : Efficiently manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and orderly. Perform regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies. Deliveries : Make small deliveries across the country as required, ensuring timely and accurate transportation of goods. Handleandtransportgoodswithcare,ensuringtheyarriveinthesameconditionastheyleft. Work Ethic & Initiative : Demonstrate a strong work ethic by taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Workindependently,usinginitiativetosolveproblemsandmakedecisionswithoutconstant supervision. Flexibility & Adaptability : Exhibit a willingness to be flexible, adjusting to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Be prepared to work outside of standard hours if required to meet deadlines or accommodate urgent deliveries. Time Management & Organization : Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for both warehouse tasks and delivery schedules. Prioritize tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Reporting Structure : Report directly to the Project Director and Senior Service Engineer, providing regular updates on inventory, warehouse status, and delivery schedules. Work Hours : Monday Thursday : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Friday : 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM Qualifications : Full Drivers Licence (Category B) : AvalidandcleanCategoryBdriverslicenseisrequiredforthisrole,asyouwillberesponsible formakingdeliveriesacrossthecountry.
