Title : Nursing Manager Location : Dublin, Cork, Tipperary, Kildare Salary : €60,000 - €65,000 We are hiring Nursing Managers to work with our Nursing Home clients in Ireland. Location : Dublin, Cork, Tipperary, Kildare Available Positions : Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Director of Nursing (DON) Requirements : BSc in General Nursing or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years of managerial training / experience. Active registration on the NMBI live register. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Effective decision-making ability. Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and lead others. Demonstrated ability to work independently and foster teamwork. HIQA standards Responsibilities : Ensure adherence to clinical standards and home policies consistently. Monitor nursing staff compliance and oversee drug administration processes. Maintain monthly stock inventory and manage supply orders. Assist the ADON / DON with performance reviews and staff training for nurses and care assistants. Review new admissions to ensure proper planning, implementation, and documentation of care. Support the Director of Nursing in all duties, serving as a reliable backup during leaves. Oversee daily operations such as roster management, participation in handovers, and resident care evaluations. Promote and enhance clinical practices by directly working with nursing staff and care assistants.
