Job Location : Sport Ireland Campus, Snugborough Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 Hours : 37.5hours per week, 5 days over 7(TypicallyMonday to Friday) 12months contract. The role will assist in our strategic focus areas of makingthe Sport Ireland Campus be a venue of choice for high performance sport events anddeliveringa range of engaging activities for sports participation and recreational activity. Marketing Tasks : Support the implementation of the annual marketing plan and budget, while driving forward agreed marketing objectives. Responsible for managing content creation and copy across multiple platforms, including social media, website CMS, App, marketing collateral (both internal and external), and press releases. Oversee and liaise with external suppliers including media buying & digital agency, print management, , videographers and photographers etc. Provide detailed briefs,meetdeadlinesandensurequalitymanagement. Manage and optimisesocial media and digital marketing management to reach target audiences. Sponsor activation,managementand reporting.Work with existing sponsors and develop proposalsfor potential new sponsors. Lead email marketingcampaigns throughMailChimpvia monthlyemailnewsletters,targeted emailcampaignsand supportmember / customercommunicationcampaignmanagement. Customer survey / researchmanagement (survey monkey) for all campus products, Website management adhering to best practice and accessibility legislationfor aquazone,ieand digitalanalytics and insight on all marketing activities(Google and Meta). Supplier procurement, administration / purchase orders. Segmentationof target markets / databasesand development of tailored messagingandinitiatives. Proactively managecustomer data, adhering to best practises, promoting and cross selling products. ExecutePR campaigns,managelaunchesand photoandvideo-shoots. App management,designand development Create,manageand execute the contentand promotionscalendar Oversee and supportgraphicdesignprojectsalongsidetheGraphic Designand Marketing Assistant. Provide support inmanagingand developing a range of print and digital marketing collateral,including brochures, flyers,email templates, presentations, advertisements (print and web), pull-up banners,trade showgraphics,signage, and more. Oversee end-to-end design project managementlifecycle, fromconceptnto execution. Managingthe Assistantsworkflow and schedule to ensuretimelydelivery of projects. Working across theCampusorganistionto promote and ensure brand consistency. Ensure the Company and brands are properly represented at all times. Ensure the best possible presentationin branding. React on a timely basis to any issues that arise. Adheretoand implement Company policies & procedures. Keepaccuraterecords in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports asrequired. JOBHOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DegreeQualification inMarketing, DigitalMarketingor equivalent experience. 3years experience in a commercial environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Provenproject management andmultitasking capabilities. Strongcommunicationand interpersonalskills. Analytical and problem-solving skills ProficiencyinMS Office applications In-depthknowledge ofadvertising platforms fromGoogle andMetaAd platforms and analytics.
