Swim Instructor Springhill Court Hotel Leisure Club Springhill Court Hotel Leisure Club is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our dynamic team.

We pride ourselves on delivering a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all our members and guests, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment.

Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities.

Ensure a safe and fun learning environment for all participants.

Plan and deliver structured lessons in line with Swim Ireland (or equivalent) standards.

Provide feedback and encouragement to swimmers to support their progress.

Maintain the highest level of health & safety standards within the pool area.

Requirements : Swim Ireland Level 1 or 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent).

Current Lifeguard qualification (RLSS or equivalent) desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable with a passion for swimming and teaching.
