The Opportunity

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work closely with management, HR, and L&D to attract and onboard the best talent in the industry. You'll own the end-to-end hiring process across high-volume roles, contribute to shaping employer branding, and bring your innovative recruitment strategies to life.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience from application to onboarding

Partner with managers and department heads to fill roles efficiently and effectively

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future workforce planning

Support employer branding and diversity recruitment initiatives

Write engaging job specs and adverts

Conduct external benchmarking and present recruitment data and trends

Utilise ATS and recruitment tech to streamline processes

Collaborate with L&D to identify internal talent and succession opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 / 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience, ideally in retail

Confident, collaborative, and curious by nature

Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Experienced with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Comfortable driving TA strategy across a large organisation
