With 3 exciting rotations across multiple countries , this program gives you hands-on experience on real-world infrastructure projects while developing the leadership and technical skills needed to thrive in an international environment.

Your role and impact

Would you like to work on one of our major construction sites?

As a Graduate Engineer , you will take ownership of key responsibilities on-site, ensuring the success of large-scale infrastructure projects. Your mission :

Organize the worksite from setup to completion
Monitor contractual and financial management of projects
Manage performance and ensure project milestones are met
Lead and collaborate with teams on-site

Joining Colas Ireland on the Leinster Bridges and VRS Project, you will work on innovative transportation infrastructure, gaining real experience in project execution and stakeholder management.

3 Rotations, 3 Countries – Start in your home country for 6 months, then work abroad for 1 year, followed by a final 6-month international assignment.

Who are we looking for?

Degree in civil engineering with a passion for engineering, infrastructure, and sustainability.

Curious and adaptable minds eager to take on real challenges and embrace diverse cultural experiences.

Fluent in English and / or French (additional languages are a plus).

Geographically mobile – Open to relocating internationally for assignments.
