About Your New Job as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Improve processes using Lean tools like DMAIC, Kaizen, and VSM.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment, material, and quality issues.
Lead validation efforts – develop protocols, execute tests, analyze data.
Support CAPAs, audits, and compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA standards.
Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance operations.
What Skill / Experience You Need as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Degree in Engineering + 5 years' relevant experience.
Green Belt preferred; strong Lean and validation background required.
Experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing.
Proficiency in DOE, Six Sigma, and CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Organized, proactive, and a strong team collaborator.
