About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Store Manager to lead a high-volume fashion retail store based in Dublin .

This role requires an individual with strong leadership capabilities, a passion for customer experience, and the ability to drive business performance in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.

Analyse store performance, stock levels, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise results.

Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Deliver high standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with brand expectations.

Support succession planning through structured team development, training, and regular performance reviews.

Liaise with senior management to align the store's objectives with overall business goals.

Foster a positive, energetic, and customer-focused culture on the shop floor.

Ideal Candidate

At least 5 years' experience in a senior retail management role within fashion, lifestyle, or high-street retail.

Demonstrated success managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret business reports and respond with clear action plans.

Skilled in managing change, influencing others, and driving a results-led culture.

Approachable, confident, and hands-on leadership style.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
